摘 要:以橡胶/树脂复合改性剂SGCY和齐鲁牌AH-70沥青为原料,采用不同的剪切工艺和搅拌工艺制备高黏改性沥青,研究了工艺参数对高黏改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明:制备工艺参数对高黏改性沥青常规指标的影响较小,而对黏度和储存稳定性的影响较大;提高制备温度或延长制备时间能够改善高黏改性沥青的动力黏度、施工和易性与储存稳定性,并且提高制备温度能够缩短制备时间;相较溶胀分散过程,交联发育过程对改善高黏改性沥青储存稳定性的贡献更大。开发了两种适用于SGCY型改性剂的高黏沥青制备工艺——剪切工艺和搅拌工艺,并对其进行了优化。The rubber/resin composite modifier SGCY and Qilu AH 70 asphalt were used as raw materials to prepare high viscosity modified asphalt with different shearing process and mixing process.The influence of process parameters on the properties of high viscosity modified asphalt was investigated,the results show that the preparation process parameters have less influence on the conventional indicators of high viscosity modified asphalt,but more influence on the viscosity and storage stability.The dynamic viscosity,workability and storage stability of high viscosity modified asphalt can be enhanced by increasing the preparation temperature or extending the preparation time.Moreover,the preparation time can be reduced by increasing the preparation temperature.Compared with the swelling and dispersion process,the crosslinking and development process contributes more to the improvement of storage stability for high viscosity modified asphalt.Two preparation processes of high viscosity modified asphalt are developed and optimized for SGCY modifier,i.e.shear process and mixing process.
