摘 要:为提升纸张定量检测与控制工作的自动化水平,提高纸张质量检测工作效率。研究基于造纸企业纸张生产工艺的一般流程建立了一套多变量的横向控制方案,并将该方案融入以PLC和控制柜为核心器件的QCS管理系统。为验证QCS管理系统的可行性,研究将该系统应用于某造纸企业的纸张生产管理工作中,根据实地应用结果可知,引入QCS管理系统后,该企业纸张生产线的纸张定量波动由原来的5.956 g/m^(2)下降至3.1 g/m^(2),纸张定量均方差由原来的4.5下降至2.62,纸张定量波动误差范围处于±1 g/m^(2),纸张定量准确性得到了显著改善,具有一定的应用价值。In order to improve the automation level of paper quantitative detection and control,and improve the efficiency of paper quality inspection.Based on the general process of paper production process in papermaking enterprises,a set of multi-variable horizontal control scheme was established,and the scheme was integrated into the QCS management system with PLC and control cabinet as the core components.In order to verify the feasibility of the QCS management system,the system was applied to the paper production management of a papermaking enterprise,and according to the field application results,it can be seen that after the introduction of the QCS 2 management system,the quantitative fluctuation of the paper production line of the enterprise decreased from the original±5.956 g/m to±3.1 g/m^(2),the mean square deviation of paper quantification decreased from the original 4.5 to 2.62,and the error range of paper quantitative fluctuation was±1 g/m^(2).The quantitative accuracy of paper has been significantly improved,and it has certain application value.
