摘 要:在纸制品生产过程中,烘缸轴承故障频发,严重影响生产效率,因此,开发一套有效的故障监测系统显得尤为重要。基于此,针对烘缸轴承的常见故障模式进行了深入分析,并借助虚拟仪器技术的强大功能,提出了一套基于LabVIEW平台的故障诊断系统。该系统不仅选用了适宜的硬件设备,还在LabVIEW软件的支持下,精心设计了监测系统的核心功能模块,实现了对烘缸轴承故障的智能化诊断。此系统的应用将极大提升纸机烘缸的运行稳定性,降低因故障导致的停机时间,对保障纸制品生产的连续性与高效性具有重要意义。In the process of paper product production,the failure of dryer bearing occurs frequently,which seriously affects the production efficiency.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop an effective failure monitoring system.In this study,the common failure modes of dryer bearing are deeply analyzed,and with the powerful function of virtual instrument technology,a set of fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW platform is proposed.The system not only selects the appropriate hardware equipment,but also carefully designs the core function module of the monitoring system with the support of LabVIEW software,and realizes the intelligent diagnosis of the dryer bearing fault.The application of this system will greatly improve the running stability of the dryer and reduce the downtime caused by failure,which is of great significance to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the production of paper products.
