摘 要:现有的电气传动控制方法通过对造纸机的运行参数进行调取,调整造纸机的接线作业逻辑,从而实现电气传动控制。因缺乏对运行参数的反变换处理,导致控制效果不佳。对此,提出基于模糊PID技术的造纸机电气传动控制方法。根据频率变换参数,得到运行参数序列的收缩因子,并将其作为权重,对参数序列进行反变换处理。采用T型等效电路作为建模基础,添加转速约束参量等参数对电路模型进行调整,实现等效电路建模。最后引入波动变化量,对常规的控制器参数进行优化,并结合三种调节器的调节方程,输出综合控制量,搭建出同步控制结构。实验测试结果表明,采用提出的方法对造纸机进行电气传动控制时,算法的同步控制收敛值较高,具备较为理想的控制效果。The existing electrical transmission control methods achieve electrical transmission control by calling the operating parameters of the paper machine and adjusting the wiring operation logic of the paper machine.However,due to the lack of reverse transformation of operating parameters,the control effect is not satisfactory.A paper machine electrical transmission control method based on fuzzy PID technology is proposed.Based on the frequency transformation parameters,obtain the contraction factor of the running parameter sequence and use it as a weight to perform inverse transformation on the parameter sequence.Using a T-type equivalent circuit as the modeling basis,adjusting the circuit model by adding parameters such as rotational speed constraints to achieve equivalent circuit modeling.Finally,the fluctuation variation is introduced to optimize the conventional controller parameters,and combined with the adjustment equations of three regulators,the comprehensive control quantity is output to build a synchronous control structure.The experimental test results show that when using the proposed method for electrical transmission control of paper machines,the synchronization control convergence value of the algorithm is high,and it has a relatively ideal control effect.
