摘 要:提出了一种新型的冷弯型钢“框-墙”复合结构墙体,并对2片不同层数的足尺墙体试件进行了拟静力试验。依据破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、位移延性系数等性能指标,与单层墙体对比,重点考察双层墙体上下层间的受力性能。此外,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对双层墙体的滞回性能进行模拟,并对层间连接部位的层间边框梁屈服强度、层间抗拔螺栓间距和高宽比进行参数分析。结果表明:试验全程双层墙体上下层间螺栓连接无明显滑移与拔起,具有半刚性特征,且根据位移计实测结果,墙体上下层间位移趋近于0;在考虑了上下层间连接部位后,双层墙体的位移延性系数和峰值荷载较单层墙体分别降低了1.84%和8.33%,说明冷弯型钢“框-墙”复合结构墙体上下层间传力、连接性较好;层间边框梁屈服强度和层间抗拔螺栓间距对墙体的抗剪承载力和抗侧刚度影响较小,而高宽比对双层墙体的抗侧刚度和抗剪承载力影响较大;研究成果可为该类墙体应用于多层冷弯型钢房屋住宅提供参考。A new type of cold-formed steel“frame-wall”composite structure was proposed,and pseudo-static tests were carried out on two full-scale wall specimens with different layers.According to the performance indexes such as failure mode,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve and displacement ductility coefficient,compared with single-story wall,the mechanical performance of inter-story of double-story wall was mainly investigated.In addition,based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the hysteresis performance of the double-story wall was simulated,and the yield strength of the inter-story edge beam,the spacing of the inter-story pullout bolts and the aspect ratio were analyzed.The results show that the bolt connection of double-story wall s inter-story has no obvious slip and pull-up,and has semi-rigid characteristics.According to the displacement meter measurement,the inter-story displacement tends to 0.Compared with the single-story specimen,after considering the connection of inter-story,the ductility and shear capacity of the double-story specimen decrease by 1.84%and 8.33%respectively,indicating that the force transfer of inter-story and the integrality of the walls performs well.The yield strength of the inter-story edge beam and the spacing of the inter-story pullout bolts have little effect on the shear capacity and lateral stiffness of the wall,while the aspect ratio has a great influence on the lateral stiffness and shear capacity of the double-story wall.The research findings can provide a reference for the design of multi-story cold-formed steel residence.
