摘  要:抽水蓄能电站以其可持续性和高效性的调峰、调频、调相及事故备用电站,是中国电网系统中的关键一环,其对地下水环境影响一直是建设发展的重点和难点。为探究抽水蓄能电站建设运营对地下水环境的影响,以陕西省抽水蓄能规划“十四五”重点实施项目大庄里抽水蓄能电站为工程实例,分析讨论抽水蓄能电站的建设及运营对地下水环境影响,通过分析区域水文地质条件,结合压水试验和水质分析,开展场地地下水环境评价,结合渗流场模拟,预测建设期和运营期地下水环境影响,提出相应的环境保护措施。结果表明:工程建设期及运营期对地下水环境的影响主要体现在地下水位的下降。上水库地下水埋深浅,水量不丰,库岸开挖将改变地下水的排泄条件,库周地下水位会发生10 m以内的小幅度下降;输水系统建设开挖将改变天然渗流场状态,导致沿线整体水位下降,局部降幅可达78 m;下水库坝、库地下水位埋深差异大,地下水坡降约为30%,开挖易于破碎花岗岩体处形成局部渗流和地下水排泄。研究成果对其他抽水蓄能电站地下水环境影响评价工作具有指导意义。Pumped storage power stations are a key link in China's power grid system with their sustainable and efficient peak regulation,frequency regulation,phase regulation and emergency standby power stations.The impact of pumped storage power station on groundwater environment has always been the focus and difficulty of during its construction and development.In order to explore the impact of pumped storage power stations on the groundwater environment,the Dazhuangli Pumped Storage Power Station,a key implementation project of the"14th Five-Year Plan"of Shaanxi Province's pumped storage planning,is taken as an engineering example to analyze and discuss the impact of pumped storage power stations on the groundwater environment.By analyzing the regional hydrogeological conditions,combined with water pressure test and water quality analysis,the site groundwater environment evaluation is carried out.Combined with the simulation of the seepage field,the impact on the groundwater environment during the construction and operation periods is predicted,and corresponding environmental protection measures are proposed.The results show that the impact on the groundwater environment during the construction and operation periods is mainly reflected in the decline of the groundwater level.The groundwater depth of the upper reservoir is shallow and the water volume is not abundant.The excavation of the reservoir bank will change the discharge conditions of the groundwater,and the groundwater level around the reservoir will drop slightly within 10 m;the construction and excavation of the water transfer system will change the state of the natural seepage field,resulting in a drop in the overall water level along the water transfer channel,and the local drop can be up to 78 m;the groundwater level of the lower reservoir dam and reservoir has a large difference in depth,and the groundwater gradient is about 30%.Excavation is prone to break the granite body to form local seepage and groundwater discharge.The study results have guiding sign
