摘 要:以MBR工艺运行过程中絮状污泥和颗粒污泥为研究对象(分别标记为反应器A和B),考察在不同水力条件下污泥的特性及EPS含量的变化规律。结果表明:与絮状污泥相比,颗粒污泥对系统水力条件的改变响应更明显。当搅拌强度从40 r/min增加到160 r/min时,颗粒污泥的SVI随水力条件的改变呈先减后增的趋势,当SVI低至48.4 mL/g时,完整性系数呈增加趋势。当转速由40 r/min增加到100 r/min时,颗粒污泥粒径在200~400μm,体积百分比由36%增加到48%,其他粒径占比变化不大。混合液中Zeta电位与蛋白质含量呈负相关,且Zeta电位均随搅拌强度的增大而下降,主要是由系统内蛋白质含量增加导致的。两组反应器内部的EPS组分差异较大,不同搅拌强度下颗粒污泥EPS中蛋白质含量占比均值为67.6%,而絮状污泥仅为39.1%。The characteristics of sludge and the variation of EPS content under different hydraulic conditions are investigated using flocculent sludge and granular sludge during the operation of MBR process(labeled as reactors A and B respectively).The results indicate that granular sludge has a more significant response to changes in hydraulic conditions in the system compared to flocculent sludge.When the stirring intensity increases from 40 r/min to 160 r/min,the SVI of the granular sludge shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the change of hydraulic conditions.When the SVI decreases to 48.4 mL/g,the integrity coefficient shows an increasing trend.When the rotational speed increases from 40 r/min to 100 r/min,the particle size of the granular sludge ranges from 200 to 400μm,and the volume percentage increases from 36%to 48%.The proportion of other particle sizes do not change significantly.The Zeta potential in the mixed solution is negatively correlated with the protein content,and the Zeta potential decreases with the increasing stirring intensity,mainly due to the increase of protein content in the system.There is a significant difference in the composition of EPS inside the two reactors.Using different stirring intensities,the average protein content in EPS of granular sludge is 67.6%,while that of the flocculent sludge is only 39.1%.
