摘  要:目的:针对金属密闭壳体中的无线信号传输问题,设计了基于磁电型传感器的甚低频通信系统。方法:通过建立金属密闭环境的电磁穿透模型,研究了通信距离、金属壳厚度、激励频率和电导率等因素对于磁信号穿透性的影响,搭建了一个基于线圈发射和磁电传感器接收的甚低频通信系统,测试了金属密闭壳体中的磁信号传播行为以及甚低频通信系统在金属密闭环境中的数字信号通信能力。结果:在0.1 cm厚度的不锈钢金属密闭壳体内,磁信号的穿透行为与仿真结果相吻合,在30 cm的传输距离下可以传播最大400 b/s调制速率的ASK信号,有效信号传输的最大通信距离为40 cm。结论:所设计的甚低频磁电型通信系统可以在金属屏蔽环境下实现有效的数字信号传输,为进一步的工业场景应用提供了实验基础。Aims:This paper aims to design a very-low-frequency(VLF)communication system based on magnetoelectric sensors to solve the problem of wireless transmission into a metallic enclosure.Methods:The effect of communication distance,metal shell thickness,excitation frequency and conductivity on magnetic signal penetration was studied by establishing a penetration model within the metal enclosed environment.A VLF communication system based on the coil transmitter and the magnetoelectric(ME)receiver was constructed to verify the magnetic signal propagation behavior in the metal closed shell and the digital signal communication capability of this communication system in the metal closed environment.Results:In the 0.1 cm-thickness metal closed shell,the penetration behavior of the magnetic signal was consistent with the simulation results.The ASK signal with a maximum modulation rate of 400 b/s could be obtained at a transmission distance of 30 cm,and its maximum communication distance of effective signal transmission is 40 cm.Conclusion:The proposed VLF ME communication system can realize effective digital signal transmission in the metal shield environment,which provides the experimental basis for further application in industrial scenarios.
