摘  要:目的:为提高餐饮从业者用气安全能力,给相关部门提供安全检查重点,减少燃气事故的发生。方法:通过对251起餐饮燃气事故成因分析,基于计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)建立评价指标体系,利用模糊贝叶斯网络(fuzzy Bayesian network,FBN)构建餐饮从业者用气安全能力评价模型。结果:以B市b区餐饮从业者为研究对象,依据232份有效数据,通过TPB-FBN模型,评价该地区餐饮从业者的用气安全能力,得出该地区人员用气安全能力等级为良。结论:模型分析得出的后验概率与先验概率基本一致,验证了TPB-FBN评价模型的合理性和可行性,能够有效评价餐饮从业者的用气安全能力。Aims:This paper aims to improve the gas safety ability of catering practitioners,provide relevant departments with key safety inspection points,and reduce the occurrence of gas accidents.Methods:By analyzing the causes of 251 catering gas accidents,an evaluation index system was established based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB);and a fuzzy Bayesian network(FBN)was used to construct an evaluation model for the gas safety ability of catering practitioners.Results:Based on 232 valid data,the gas safety ability of catering practitioners in the area was evaluated through the TPB-FBN model;and the gas safety ability degree of the personnel in the area was good.Conclusions:The posterior probability obtained from the model analysis is basically consistent with the prior probability,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the TPB-FBN evaluation model.The model can effectively evaluate the gas safety ability of catering practitioners.
