摘 要:目的:探究4-(苯乙炔基)苯甲酸(4-pBA)对白芥种子及其幼苗生长的影响,为其在白芥等植物生长调控中的应用提供理论支持。方法:用5μmol·L^(-1)、25μmol·L^(-1)、100μmol·L^(-1)和500μmol·L^(-1)的4-pBA溶液处理白芥种子,分析其对白芥种子萌发率、胚根长度、淀粉酶活性、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性的影响,并测定幼苗生长指标和上述3种抗氧化物酶活性。结果:白芥种子的萌发率不受4-pBA溶液处理的影响,但500μmol·L^(-1)的4-pBA显著抑制了种子的胚根长度和出苗率且显著降低了种子的α-淀粉酶活性和抗氧化物酶活性。5μmol·L^(-1)的4-pBA溶液对白芥幼苗的根长、株高、叶长、叶宽、鲜重和干重均无显著影响,25μmol·L^(-1)的4-pBA溶液仅降低了幼苗的叶片长和宽、幼苗干鲜重,而100μmol·L^(-1)的4-pBA溶液则显著降低幼苗各生长指标。此外,上述三种物质的量浓度下的4-pBA溶液均显著降低白芥叶片的POD、SOD和CAT活性。结论:4-pBA在白芥上表现出抑制生长发育的功能,具有开发成新型植物生长调节剂的潜力。Aims:This paper aims to investigate the effects of 4-(phenylethynyl)benzoic acid(4-pBA)on white mustard seeds and seedling growth to provide theoretical support for its application in the growth regulation of plants such as white mustard(Sinapis alba L.).Methods:White mustard seeds were treated with solutions of 4-pBA at concentrations of 5μmol·L^(-1),25μmol·L^(-1),100μmol·L^(-1),and 500μmol·L^(-1).The effects of 4-pBA on seed germination rate,embryonic root length,amylase activity,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)activity of the seeds were analyzed.Seedling growth parameters and the activity of the three antioxidant enzymes were also measured.Results:The germination rate of white mustard seeds was not affected by the treatment with 4-pBA solutions.However,the embryonic root length and the emergence rate were significantly inhibited;and theα-amylase activity and the antioxidant enzyme activity in white mustard seeds significantly were reduced by 500μmol·L^(-1)4-pBA.The 5μmol·L^(-1)4-pBA solution showed no significant effect on root length,plant height,leaf length,leaf width,fresh weight,and dry weight of white mustard seedlings.The 25μmol·L^(-1)4-pBA solution only reduced leaf length,leaf width,and dry and fresh weights of the seedlings.However,the 100μmol·L^(-1)4-pBA solution significantly reduced all growth parameters.Furthermore,5,25 and 100μmol·L^(-1)4-pBA solutions significantly decreased POD,SOD,and CAT activity in white mustard leaves.Conclusions:4-pBA exhibits growth-inhibiting functions in white mustard and has the potential to be developed as a novel plant growth regulator.
