摘　　要：目的 总结1例肥厚型心肌病双侧心室流出道梗阻患者行多种术式治疗的护理经验。护理要点包括维持有效血液循环、心律失常的护理、预防术后出血、心、脑血管意外及急性肾功能损伤、营养护理及预见性心理护理。患者于术后15 h停止机械辅助通气,86 h撤除重症监护,术后53d顺利出院。To summarize a comprehensive overview of the perioperative nursing experience. The main nursing points included maintaining effective blood circulation,preventing arrhythmia,postoperative bleeding,cardiac and cerebrovascular accidents and acute renal function injury,nutritional nursing and predictive psychological nursing. The patient stopped mechanical assisted ventilation 15 h after surgery,was removed from intensive care 86h after surgery,and was discharged successfully 53 days later.
