摘 要:基于实验室小型低频电渣重熔装置,以使用70%CaF_(2)+30%Al_(2)O_(3)渣系电渣重熔304 L奥氏体不锈钢为研究对象,详细分析低频条件下不同的重熔电流对电渣锭夹杂物数量、尺寸及类型的影响规律。结果表明,与工频电渣重熔(50 Hz,1800 A)相比,低频(2 Hz)条件下,采用不同的电流(1800、1400 A)电渣重熔后,电渣锭中的w[O]分别增加了172.2%、75.5%,w[N]分别降低了4%、3.4%。在低频下,采用不同的电流重熔时,电渣锭中夹杂物的种类并无改变,但是夹杂物的数量及各类夹杂物占比有所改变。低频下夹杂物数量随着电流的降低而减少,但是与工频条件下相比夹杂物数量仍然增高了173%(1800 A)与63.7%(1400 A),增加部分基本为10μm以下的细小夹杂物,大尺寸夹杂物(>10μm)数量增加较少。Based on the laboratory small-scale low-frequency electroslag remelting device,taking 70%CaF_(2)+30%A_(l)2O_(3) electroslag remelting 304L austenitic stainless steel as the research object,we analyze in detail the influence of different remelting current intensity on the number,size dimension and type of inclusions in the electroslag ingot under low-frequency conditions.The results show that compared with the power frequency electroslag remelting(50 Hz,1800 A),the oxygen(O)content in electroslag ingot increased by 172.2%and 75.5%respectively under the condition of low frequency(2 Hz)and different current intensities(1800 and 1400 A).Nitrogen(N)content decreased by 4%and 3.4%,respectively.At low frequency,the type of inclusions in the electroslag ingot did not change when remelted with different current intensities,but the number of inclusions and the proportion of each type of inclusions changed.The number of inclusions decreases with the decrease of current intensity at low frequency,However,compared with the power frequency condition,the amount of debris still increased by 173%(1800 A)and 63.7%(1400 A),and the increase part was basically small inclusions below 10μm,and the amount of large-size inclusions(>10μm)increased less.
