摘 要:未经处理的过量磷酸盐释放到水系统会导致非常严重的环境问题。为了去除水体中超标的磷酸盐,将固废烟气脱硫石膏与镁铝水滑石的原料按初始物质的量比进行混合,然后使用水热合成法和焙烧法制备了高效除磷吸附剂,采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET、TGA对其进行表征。将磷酸盐作为目标污染物,考察了吸附剂用量、时间、初始浓度、温度、初始溶液pH和共存离子对吸附容量的影响及吸附剂的循环吸附能力。结果表明:Freundlich吸附等温模型、准二级动力学模型能较好地描述磷酸盐的吸附过程;在25℃、p H=12、吸附剂用量为10 mg的条件下,吸附量可以达到209.02 mg/g,且在pH为4~11时表现出较为稳定的吸附行为;吸附机制包括内扩散、配体交换和沉淀反应。该研究不仅为制备用于固体废物高效利用的吸附剂提供了方法,而且为控制水体富营养化和实现废物循环利用提供了理论意义。The release of untreated excess phosphate into the water system will lead to very serious environmental problems.In order to remove excessive phosphate in water,the raw materials of solid waste flue gas desulfurization gypsum and Mg-Al hydrotalcite were mixed according to the initial molar ratio,and then a highefficiency phosphorus removal adsorbent was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and roasting,and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,BET and TGA.Taking phosphate as the target pollutant,the effects of adsorbent dosage,time,initial concentration,temperature,pH value of initial solution and coexisting ions on adsorption capacity and cyclic adsorption capacity of adsorbent were investigated.The results showed that Freundlich adsorption isotherm and pseudosecondorder kinetic equation could describe the adsorption process of phosphate well.Under the conditions of 25℃,pH=12 and adsorbent dosage of 10 mg,the adsorption capacity could reach 209.02 mg/g,and the adsorption behavior was relatively stable in the pH range of 4~11.The adsorption mechanism included internal diffusion,ligand exchange and precipitation reaction.This work not only provided a method for effectively utilizing solid waste to prepare adsorbent,but also provided theoretical significance for controlling eutrophication of water body and realizing waste recycling.
