摘  要:目前随着带式输送机在煤矿中的运用越来越广泛,老、旧带式输送机的改造任务也随之增多。在带式输送机改造项目设计中,一般只针对带式输送机输送能力、电机功率、输送带强度、张紧装置、制动装置、逆止装置等主要部件进行设计计算,而一般不对改造后带式输送机中间架进行校核。这就导致中间架强度、刚度不满足要求时可能会发生变形、输送带跑偏等问题,严重时可能会影响矿井生产,由此可见改造项目中对中间架的校核是十分必要的。本文针对某煤矿带宽B=1800 mm的带式输送机改造更换上、下托辊为例,讨论了在仅更换带式输送机部分部件时,中间架的校核计算。通过对带式输送机中间架强度、刚度、稳定性的校核,更换后中间架仍满足带式输送机运行的需要。该校核方式仅针对中间架所受静载荷做计算校核,对研究中间架受力情况有一定的参考价值。At present,with the more and more extensive use of belt conveyors in coal mines,the transformation tasks of old and old belt conveyors are also increasing.In the design of the belt conveyor transformation project,the design and calculation are generally only for the main components of the belt conveyor,such as conveying capacity,motor power,conveyor belt strength,tensioning device,braking device,and backcheck device,and generally do not check the middle frame of the belt conveyor after the transformation.This leads to deformation,conveyor belt deviation and other problems when the strength and stiffness of the intermediate frame do not meet the requirements,which may affect mine production in serious cases.Therefore,it is necessary to check the intermediate frame in the renovation project.Taking the upper and lower rollers of a belt conveyor with bandwidth B=1800mm as an example,this paper discusses the checking calculation of the middle frame when only some parts of the belt conveyor are replaced.Through checking the strength,stiffness and stability of the belt conveyor intermediate frame,the middle frame can still meet the needs of the belt conveyor operation after replacement.This method is only used to calculate and check the static load of the intermediate frame,which has a certain reference value for studying the stress condition of the intermediate frame.
