摘  要:近年来随着煤炭开采技术的发展,高速、长距离、智能化、大运量带式运输机的应用也越来越多。其中,下运运输方式不但可以减少巷道开采量,并能很大程度的减少基础建设费用以及缩短了施工的时间周期。所以,尤其是下运带式输送机的应用越来越广泛。本文以东滩煤矿四采南部三号带式输送机为例,分析研究下运工况下带式输送机的选型。通过对输送机运行阻力计算,研究结果得出,当圆周驱动力为负值时,驱动单元受力方向与设备运行方向相反,提供输送机向下运行所需的控制力,确定输送机运行功率为2×400 kW,一用一备。又通过对输送机进行各点张力计算,确定带式输送机下运工况下输送带、制动器等型号参数。对于企业井下输送机选用及选型有一定的参考意义。In recent years,with the development of coal mining technology,the application of high-speed,long-distance,intelligent and large-volume belt conveyor is also increasing,among which the downhaul transport mode can not only reduce the amount of roadway mining,but also greatly reduce the cost of infrastructure construction and shorten the construction cycle.Therefore,especially the application of downhaul belt conveyor is more and more extensive.Taking the No.3 belt conveyor in the south of Sihai in Dongtan Coal Mine as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the selection of belt conveyor under downrunning conditions.Through the calculation of conveyor running resistance,it is concluded that when the circular driving force is negative,the force direction of the driving unit is opposite to the running direction of the equipment,providing the control force required for the downward running of the conveyor,and determining the running power of the conveyor is 2×400kW.By calculating the tension of each point of the conveyor,the model parameters of the conveyor belt and brake under the operating condition of the belt conveyor are determined.It has certain reference significance for the selection and selection of underground conveyor in enterprises.
