摘 要:南庄煤矿在分析研究顶板连续梁理论的基础上,提出大间排距高效能锚杆支护技术。应用FLAC数值模拟开展模拟试验,得出锚杆长度3 m、网度1.1 m的最佳支护参数。在8824工作面应用效果表明,该参数能够该支护参数条件下,巷道顶板下沉量不超过20 mm,巷道支护作用避免应力集中且能够连续有效地作用于顶板,有效避免巷道顶板的拉伸破坏。同时,试验应用了细牙螺纹钢锚杆、快速整体式聚酯纤维网、高强钢绞线锚索、液压扭矩扳手等先进施工技术,极大提高了支护效率,实现巷道的快速支护。Based on the analysis of the theory of roof continuous beam in Nanzhuang Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the high-efficiency bolt support technology with large spacing.The FLAC numerical simulation is used to carry out the simulation test,and the optimal support parameters of 3m anchor length and 1.1m mesh are obtained.The application effect in 8824 working face shows that the parameters can ensure that the subsidence of the roadway roof is less than 20mm under the support parameters,and the roadway support can avoid stress concentration and can continuously and effectively act on the roof,effectively avoiding the tensile failure of the roadway roof.At the same time,the advanced construction technologies such as fine-tooth rebar anchor,fast integral polyester fiber mesh,high-strength steel strand anchor cable and hydraulic torque wrench were applied in the test,which greatly improved the support efficiency and realized the rapid support of roadway.
