摘  要:本文针对传统制动小车的缺陷,提出了一种新型简易的制动小车。本文根据单轨吊车运行的最大牵引力结合杠杆原理得到了制动弹簧力;根据制动弹簧力得到了制动油缸的最大制动力;根据该最大制动力获得油缸的拉力;根据拉力的大小选取了合适的油缸大小;根据油缸的大小和最大的制动弹簧力以及弹簧在不同制动状态下的伸长量得到了弹簧的设计参数。为实现制动装置的快速泄压,本文还设计了制动小车的快速泄压回路,保证制动小车的快速制动。最后本文通过仿真软件对制动小车的离心限速装置进行仿真分析,获得了其中甩杆甩出的合适速度以及甩出的长度,使其能在设定速度时甩出并触发控制阀动作,从而实现制动。This paper addresses the shortcomings of traditional braking trolleys and proposes a new simple braking trolley.The maximum traction force of the monorail crane is combined with the lever principle to obtain the braking spring force;the maximum braking force of the braking cylinder is obtained according to the braking spring force;the pulling force of the cylinder is obtained according to this maximum braking force;the appropriate cylinder size is selected according to the size of the pulling force;The design parameters of the spring are obtained according to the size of the cylinder,the maximum braking spring force,and the elongation of the spring under different braking states.To achieve rapid pressure relief of the brake device,this paper also designs a rapid pressure relief circuit for the brake trolley to ensure rapid braking of the brake trolley.Finally,this paper uses simulation software to simulate the centrifugal speed limiter of the brake trolley,and obtains the appropriate speed and length of swing out,so that it can swing out and trigger the control valve action at a set speed,thereby achieving braking.
