摘  要:针对小甘沟煤矿B2煤层自然发火的问题,通过程序升温实验和建立气体预测数学模型的方法,先选取11121工作面煤样,煤样采集经过处理后,利用实验设备对煤自然发火过程进行模拟分析,测试并分析各温度段气体产物的种类、浓度及煤样温度变化特性,测试得到的气体产物有CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(3)H_(8)和C_(2)H_(4),根据分析结果优选适用的自然发火标志气体,然后利用采煤工作面回风隅角煤层自然发火标志气体预测数学模型和采煤工作面标志气体浓度预测数学模型,并进一步对其进行计算,从而得到小甘沟B2煤层采煤工作面回风隅角自然发火标志气体CO浓度临界值。结果表明:CO、C2H4和C2H2被选为B2煤层自然发火标志气体,此外确定了B2煤层采煤工作面回风隅角自然发火标志气体CO浓度临界值为60.0×10^(-6)。Aiming at the problem of spontaneous ignition of B2 coal seam in Xiaogangou Coal Mine,the method of programmed temperature experiment and establishment of gas prediction mathematical model was used to select coal sample of 11121 working face.After the coal sample was collected and processed,experimental equipment was used to simulate the coal spontaneous ignition process,test and analyze the type and concentration of gas products in each temperature segment and the temperature change characteristics of coal sample..The gas products tested were CO,CO_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(3)H_(8) and C_(2)H_(4).Based on the changing characteristics,the?were selected and evaluated using a mathematical model for prediction of spontaneous combustion signature gas in coalface corner.The critical value of CO concentration of spontaneous ignition indicator gas in the return air corner of Xiaogangou B2 coal seam is obtained.The results showed that CO,C2H4,and C2H2 were selected as the spontaneous ignition marker gases in the B2 seam.In addition,the critical CO concentration of the spontaneous ignition marker gases in the corner of the return air of the coal face in the B2 seam was determined to be 60.0×10^(-6).
