摘  要:随着国家对能源开采需求的不断增加,绿色低碳能源企业的不断发展,煤炭行业开采对高效、低碳、节能的需求不断增加,对带式输送机的运输效能要求增加,因此,对于大运量连续运输的带式输送机运行过程中纵向张力波动变化是引起带发生撕裂的主要因素之一,通过建立带式输送机多体动力学模型,引入盒维数定量评价启动时间和辊间距对带式输送机纵向动态特性影响。结果表明,启动时间t=25 s时,托辊间距以l=1600 mm,盒维数拟合曲线趋于最小,输送带纵向张力波动较小,带式输送机纵向动态特性较优。With the increasing demand for energy exploitation in the country,the continuous development of green and low-carbon energy enterprises,the increasing demand for high efficiency,low carbon and energy saving in coal industry mining,and the increasing requirements for the transportation efficiency of belt conveyors.The box dimension was introduced to quantitatively evaluate the influence of start-up time and roll spacing on the longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor.The results show that when the start-up time t=25s,the roller spacing is l=1600mm,the box dimension fitting curve tends to be the smallest,the longitudinal tension fluctuation of the conveyor belt is small,and the longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor are better.
