摘 要:为降低通风机能耗,矿井的通风调节手段存在调节精读相对较低,响应速度慢,存在效率低、能耗高的问题。在永胜煤业现有通风系统中引入变频调速可以实现对风量的自动化精确调节,有效解决原有方法的缺点。建立永胜煤业通风机变频调速的矢量控制模型,然后通过Simulink对控制模型进行仿真模拟。仿真结果表明该模型中对通风机进行变频调速可以有效提升风量调节范围和调节速度。原通风系统的整改后,每台500 kW的通风机改装后每年大约可以节省154.35万元电费。At present,the regulation of the air volume of the four mine ventilation fans mainly relies on the variable blade adjustment method and the resistance adjustment method to ensure the flow and quality of air in the mine meet safety requirements.However,both of these methods lack mature automated control technologies,primarily relying on manual adjustment of the fan blade angle or the size of the air duct valve.Consequently,the adjustment precision is relatively low,the response speed is slow,and there are issues with low efficiency and high energy consumption.Introducing variable frequency speed regulation into the existing control system for the four mine ventilation fans can achieve automated and precise adjustment of the air volume,effectively addressing the shortcomings of the original methods.This paper establishes a vector control model for the variable frequency speed regulation of the four mine ventilation fans,and then conducts simulation and analysis of the control model using Simulink.The simulation results demonstrate that variable frequency speed regulation of the ventilation fans in the model can effectively improve the range and speed of air volume adjustment,with significant energy-saving effects.
