摘 要:当前的炮掘施工工艺存在安全度低、效率慢、成本高等一系列缺点,使用条件受限。基于济宁能源各矿的掘进现状,分析各矿所采用的快速掘进措施,介绍了各矿所采用的新型机械化设备和配套装置,提出快速掘进施工方案,减少了炮掘施工措施。各种快速掘进工艺的现场应用,解决了在巷道开门、短距离巷道及大倾角巷道条件下的施工效率问题,提高了各矿综掘占比,为下一步继续推广使用综掘工艺提供保障,促进济宁能源掘进工作安全高效地运行。The current blasting drivage has a series of disadvantages,such as low safety,slow efficiency,high cost,and the conditions of use are restricted.Based on the current excavation status in each mine of the Jining Energy,the rapid tunneling measures adopted by each mine are analyzed,the new mechanized equipment and supporting devices adopted by each mine are introduced,the rapid tunneling construction schemes are proposed and the construction measures of blast drivage are reduced.The on-site application of various rapid tunneling techniques solved the problem of construction efficiency under the conditions of roadway opening,short distance roadway and large inclination roadway,increased the proportion of comprehensive excavation in each mine,provided guarantee for the next step to continue to promote the use of comprehensive excavation techniques,and promoted the safe and efficient operation of digging work in the Jining Energy.
