摘 要:针对深埋三软巷道支护围岩稳定性控制的问题,以五举煤矿13207工作面两顺槽为背景进行研究。首先,依据现场地质条件调查与现场监测结果分析了巷道围岩岩性;其次,通过对巷道围岩进行取样并进行力学试验研究分析了巷道围岩力学性质,分析结果显示巷道顶板与两帮岩性较强,底板岩性较差,导致开采过程中易发生底鼓现象;第三通过力学试验研究,对巷道围岩支护进行设计,设计主要采用三种材料,分别为微膨胀高强注浆材料,前锚后注式高预紧力锚杆与全长粘固锚索,并在巷道内进行合理布设,支护效果良好,巷道未发生较大变形,但后期应加强对巷道支护效果的观测,以避免存在隐患。Aiming at the problem of surrounding rock stability control of deep-buried three-soft roadway,this paper studies the two-channel channel of 13207 working face in Wuju Coal Mine.Firstly,the lithology of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed according to site geological condition investigation and site monitoring results.Secondly,the mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock are analyzed through sampling and mechanical test.The analysis results show that the roof and two sides of roadway have strong lithology,while the floor has poor lithology,which leads to the floor heave phenomenon in the mining process.Thirdly,through the mechanical test research,the surrounding rock support of the roadway is designed.Three kinds of materials are mainly used in the design,which are respectively micro-expansion high-strength grouting material,front anchor post-injection high-preload anchor rod and full-length cemented anchor cable,and are reasonably arranged in the roadway.The supporting effect is good and the roadway does not have large deformation,but the observation of the supporting effect of the roadway should be strengthened in the later stage to avoid hidden dangers.
