摘 要:针对目前煤矿井下普遍采用的传统隔爆型高压真空配电装置,存在形式单一,壳体宽度大,连台占用巷道长度大,智能化程度低等问题,通过对煤矿井下成套智能供电系统新技术的深入分析、研究,提出成智能化、标准化、模块化的设计理念,从成套供电系统方案设计、智能化功能设计、防爆壳体结构结构设计3个方向研究,开发成套智能高压真空配电装置,替代传统隔爆型高压配电装置和矿用一般型高压柜等传统配电装置,解决矿井供配电联网控制复杂、额定短路开断能量不足、关键部位无法监控以及设备占用空间大等问题,实现设备的高可靠性与智能型的高效运行,为煤矿井下供配电的设计提出全新的方向和途径,实现矿井智能供配电。同时为其在矿山领域的应用和发展提供了宝贵的经验价值和参考价值。Aiming at the problems of single form,large width of shell,large length of roadway occupied by connecting platform and low degree of intelligence of traditional flameproof high voltage vacuum power distribution device commonly used in coal mine,an intelligent,standardized and modular design concept is proposed through in-depth analysis and research on the new technology of complete intelligent power supply system in coal mine.From the complete power supply system design,intelligent function design,explosion-proof shell structure design of three directions of research,development of a complete set of intelligent high-voltage vacuum distribution device,Replace traditional flameproof high voltage distribution device and mine general high voltage cabinet and other traditional distribution devices,solve the problems of complex network control of mine power supply and distribution,rated short circuit breaking energy is insufficient,key parts can not be monitored and equipment occupies large space,achieve high reliability and intelligent efficient operation of equipment,and put forward a new direction and way for the design of coal mine power supply and distribution.Realize intelligent mine power supply and distribution.At the same time,it provides valuable experience value and reference value for its application and development in the mining field.
