摘 要:首先定性的分析了重介质旋流器结构参数及各工艺参数如入料煤性质、给煤量、入介压力、悬浮液特性等对分选效果的影响。其次通过试验数据定量的分析了入料煤性质、合介密度、入介压力、磁性物含量、给煤量对重介质旋流器分选一、二段实际分选密度的影响,确定了影响显著性因素,为实际生产过程中各工艺参数的优化提供了依据。At first,this paper qualitatively analyzes the influence of the structure parameters and process parameters such as the properties of feed coal,coal feeding quantity,the medium inlet pressure,properties of suspension,etc.,on heavy medium cyclone separation.Then through experimental data,quantitatively analyzes the influence of the properties of feed coal,heavy medium density,the medium inlet pressure,magnetic material content and coal feeding quantity on the first and second practical separation density of heavy medium cyclone separation.The significant factors are determined to provide foundation for optimization of various process parameters during practical production process.
