摘 要:溶解氧含量(DO)是评估水环境质量和生态系统健康状况的重要指标,常被认为是衡量高原湖泊水质的唯一标准。DO受到复氧和耗氧过程的影响,环境因素和生物因素通过影响上述过程进而影响DO动态变化。探明这些影响因素能够为高原河湖库的管理提供参考依据。通过监测、分析云南腾冲北海湖秋季全湖DO和省控点DO的季节动态,探讨影响北海湖DO动态变化的主要因素。结果表明:①腾冲北海湖DO在Ⅲ类水以上的研究点占全湖研究点的91%,表明腾冲北海湖整体水质状况良好。②腾冲北海湖水体DO具有显著的时空变化,南部退耕还湿区DO显著高于北部老湖区;省控点DO在冬春季较高而在夏季最低,符合地表水体DO变化的普遍规律。③秋季,腾冲北海湖DO与水体pH值、水温间均存在显著正相关,体现了显著的生物作用;从全年尺度上,省控点DO与水体pH值呈显著正相关,而与水温呈显著负相关。④沉水植物生长的水域DO显著高于无沉水植物的水域,莼菜生长的水域DO显著低于沉水植物生长的水域,表明大型沉水植物对维持北海湖水体高DO发挥重要作用,而莼菜密度过高会降低水体的复氧能力,草排的分布对腾冲北海湖DO的影响不大。研究结果将为高原湖泊的水环境评估和有效管理提供参考。Dissolved oxygen(DO)is an important index to evaluate water environment quality and ecosystem health,and is often considered as the only criterion to measure water quality in plateau lakes.DO is influenced by reoxygenation and oxygen consumption processes,and environmental and biological factors influence DO dynamics by influencing these two processes.Finding out these influencing factors can provide a reference for the management of the plateau river,lake and reservoir.In the study,the main factors affecting the DO of Beihai Lake in Tengchong,Yunnan Province were investigated and analyzed by measuring the seasonal dynamics of the DO at the whole lake and the provincial control point in autumn.The results show that①The site of DO in Tengchong Beihai Lake above the level of classⅢaccounts for 91%of the total study sites,indicating that the water quality of Tengchong Beihai Lake is excellent.②The DO of Beihai Lake in Tengchong has a significant spatio-temporal variation,and the DO in the southern area is significantly higher than in the northern area;The provincial control point DO is higher in winter and spring,but lowest in summer,which accords with the general law of DO variation of surface water.③In autumn,there was a significant positive correlation between DO and pH and water temperature in Tengchong Beihai Lake,reflecting a significant biological effect;On the annual scale,the provincial control point DO has a significant positive correlation with PH,but a significant negative correlation with water temperature.④The DO which area distributed submerged plants is significantly higher than that without submerged plants,and the DO which area distributed Brasenia schreberi is significantly lower than that with submerged plants,indicating that submerged plants play an important role in maintaining the high DO of Beihai Lake,while high dense Brasenia schreberi will reduce the reoxygenation capacity of the water.The distribution of grass raft has little effect on DO of Tengchong Beihai Lake.The results of
