摘 要:文章通过深入剖析机械制造加工设备安全管理现状,指出了目前所面临的问题与挑战。从技术改进与管理提升这两个主要方面提出有针对性的对策。在技术上,从先进安全监测技术应用、智能化安全控制系统设计和人机协同安全系统研究开发等方面进行论述。在管理层面上,重点论述了建立完善安全管理制度及流程、强化职工安全培训及意识提升等问题,并对安全风险评估及预防控制等方面的意义进行探讨。本文旨在给机械制造企业安全管理提供全面的优化方案,保证加工设备安全、高效地运转。Through an in-depth analysis of the current situation of safety management of machinery manufacturing and processing equipment,this paper points out the current problems and challenges.Targeted countermeasures are put forward from the two main aspects of technical improvement and management improvement.In terms of technology,this paper discusses the application of advanced safety monitoring technology,the design of intelligent safety control system and the research and development of man-machine collaborative safety system.At the management level,the establishment and improvement of safety management system and process,strengthening employee safety training and awareness improvement were mainly discussed,and the significance of safety risk assessment and prevention and control was discussed.The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive optimization scheme for the safety management of machinery manufacturing enterprises to ensure the safe and efficient operation of processing equipment.
