摘  要:本文以“FT”应用型课程建设模式为基础,融入立德树人思想和“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的教育教学理念,针对应用型本科院校校企合作企业的岗位工作特点和环境,设计“汽车服务企业管理”的项目,并围绕家国情怀、爱岗敬业、诚实守信、创新意识等内容,融入基于岗位职业道德的“三五”能力,从课程思政的定位、设计、实施与评价“四要素”入手,构建课程思政的三级矩阵模型和考核评价标准,实现“自上而下”的分解课程思政目标,自下而上地达成课程思政目标。从课前、课中、课后“三阶段”实施课程思政,实现全方位全过程的思政育人。Based on the"FT"application-oriented course construction model,this paper integrates the idea of moral cultivation and the education and teaching concept of"student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement",and designs the project of"Automobile Service Enterprise Management"according to the job characteristics and environment of school-enterprise cooperative enterprises in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and integrates the"three five"ability based on job ethics around the feelings of family and country,love and dedication,honesty and trustworthiness,and innovation consciousness,and starts from the"four elements"of course ideological and political positioning,design,implementation and evaluation to construct a three-level matrix model and assessment and evaluation standards for curriculum ideology and politics,to achieve the"top-down"decomposition of curriculum ideological and political goals,and to achieve the curriculum ideological and political goals from the bottom up.The study implements ideological and political education in the curriculum from the"three stages"of before,during and after class,so as to realize the all-round and whole-process ideological and political education.
