摘 要:本文介绍了国内汽车行业首款批量应用铝合金温成型工艺实现更高冲压深度的车门内板在开发过程中使用温合金温成型工艺生产的零件对于后续电泳性能的影响。通过对温成型工艺过程使用的润滑脂成分分析,门内板预处理工艺研究和验证,从机理层面揭示了铝合金温成型工艺过程使用含硅油润滑脂成分的关键性以及对于后续电泳工艺问题影响。最后通过增加酸洗等改善措施解决了铝合金温成型工艺使用的含硅油润滑脂造车的零件电泳附着力不足的难题,保证了车型顺利批量生产,对铝合金温成型工艺在汽车行业进一步的推广和应用具有一定指导意义。This paper introduces the influence of the first door inner panel in the domestic automotive industry to achieve higher stamping depth by applying aluminum alloy warm forming process in batches on the subsequent electrophoresis performance of the parts produced by warm alloy warm forming process during the development process.Through the analysis of the grease composition used in the warm forming process and the research and verification of the pretreatment process of the door inner plate,the criticality of the grease components containing silicone oil used in the warm forming process of aluminum alloy and its influence on the subsequent electrophoresis process problems were revealed from the mechanism level.Finally,by adding pickling and other improvement measures,the problem of insufficient electrophoretic adhesion of parts made of silicone oil grease used in the warm forming process of aluminum alloy is solved,which ensures the smooth mass production of models,and has certain guiding significance for the further promotion and application of aluminum alloy warm forming process in the automotive industry.
