摘 要:阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池主要应用于变电站,随着充放电次数的增加,蓄电池逐渐衰减,实际容量不断下降,影响供电的可靠性。为了对此类电池的健康状态进行精确的监测,研究过程基于Kmeans算法和递归最小二乘法构建状态预估算法,利用传感器采集放电数据,进行数据预处理、聚类、模型参数识别,进而估算出健康状态。经过实验,该算法的预测结果与实际值的偏差非常小,并且精度优于归一化方法。VRLA batteries are mainly used in substations.With the increase of the number of charge and discharge,the battery gradually decays,and the actual capacity decreases,which affects the reliability of power supply.To accurately monitor the state of health of such batteries,the research process is based on the Kmeans algorithm and the recursive least squares method to construct a state pre-estimation method,and the sensor is used to collect discharge data,perform data preprocessing,clustering,and model parameter recognition,and then estimate the state of health.After experiments,the deviation between the prediction result and the actual value of the algorithm is very small,and the accuracy is better than that of the normalization method.
