摘 要:为了研究级配碎石的正交特性及其压实效果,采用不同的击实方法和击实功对道路用级配碎石进行击实成型,研究击实方法和击实功对级配碎石正交异性的影响,并进行了压实仿真分析。结果表明,冲击击实成型的试件干密度略低于旋转压实;增加击实功会同时增大级配碎石的干密度和正交异性;击实方式和击实功共同影响级配碎石的正交异性程度:旋转压实在低击实功下成型的试件正交异性更显著,而冲击击实在高击实功下成型的试件正交异性更显著;确定了级配碎石层的最佳压实参数。成果可为级配碎石的材料性能研究及工程应用提供参考。In order to study the orthogonal characteristics and compaction effect of graded gravel,different compaction methods and compaction work were used to compaction the graded gravel for road use,and the influence of compaction method and compaction work on the orthotropic anisotropy of graded gravel was studied,and the compaction simulation analysis was carried out.The results show that the dry density of the specimen formed by impact compaction is slightly lower than that of rotary compaction.Increasing the compaction work will increase the dry density and orthotropic anisotropy of graded gravel at the same time.The degree of orthotropic anisotropy of graded gravel is affected by the compaction method and compaction work:the orthotropic anisotropy of the specimens formed by rotary compaction under low compaction work is more significant,while the orthotropic anisotropy of specimens formed under high compaction work is more significant.The optimal compaction parameters for the graded gravel layer were determined.The results can provide a reference for the research and engineering application of the material properties of graded crushed stone.
