小儿定喘口服液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重症支气管哮喘患儿动脉血气指标及IL-8、TNF-α、IgE水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿定喘口服液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重症支气管哮喘患儿动脉血气指标及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例重症支气管哮喘患儿,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(50例,甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗)和观察组(50例,甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠+小儿定喘口服液治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的动脉血氧分压(PO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SPO_(2))均升高,二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于对照组,IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-8、TNF-α及白三烯(LT)水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿定喘口服液联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症支气管哮喘患儿能有效改善动脉血气指标,降低炎症反应,提升免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid combined with methylpred-nisolone sodium succinate on arterial blood gas indexes and levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in children with severe bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with severe bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(50 cases,treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate)and observation group(50 cases,treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate+Xiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen(PO_(2))and pulse oxygen saturation(SPO_(2))of the two groups increased,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2))decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the IgE level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand leukotriene(LT)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of children with severe bronchial asthma can effectively improve arterial blood gas indexes,reduce inflammatory response and elevate immune function.
