中药复方颗粒穴位贴敷辅助治疗儿童细菌性肺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药复方颗粒穴位贴敷辅助治疗儿童细菌性肺炎的效果。方法选取2023年1月至7月收治的80例细菌性肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),并依据症状严重程度将观察组分为重症组(n=23)和轻症组(n=17)。对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药复方颗粒穴位贴敷辅助治疗。比较对照组与观察组的治疗效果及重症组与轻症组的感染性指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组的中性粒细胞CD64(nCD64)、降钙素原(PCT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,重症组的nCD64、PCT水平高于轻症组(P<0.05);治疗后,重症组与轻症组的nCD64、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的体温回归正常时间、肺部阴影消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组与观察组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药复方颗粒穴位贴敷治疗儿童细菌性肺炎的临床效果较佳。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine compound granules in adjuvant treatment of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with bacterial pneumonia admitted from January to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).According to the severity of symptoms,the observation group was divided into severe group(n=23)and mild group(n=17).The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine compound granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the control group and the observation group,and the levels of infectious indicators in the severe group and the mild group were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of neutrophil CD64(nCD64)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of nCD64 and PCT in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group(P<0.05);after treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of nCD64 and PCT between the severe group and the mild group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature returned to normal time,lung shadow disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time,cough relief time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine compound granules has a be
