摘 要:目的探讨后疫情时期双线混合式教学在胸外科示教课中的应用。方法选取新疆医科大学2018级医学专业本科大四学生为研究对象,随机将其分为双线组(n=215,双线混合式教学)和线下组(n=220,传统线下教学)。比较两组的教学满意度及考试成绩。结果不同教学方法下男生对教师上课前准备、授课清晰度的满意度,女生对授课清晰度的满意度及学生整体对教师上课前准备、授课清晰度的满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同教学方法下男生、女生和整体的示教课考试成绩无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论双线混合式教学适用于胸外科见习教学,其不仅不会影响学生考核成绩及对授课方式、互动效果、学习资源的满意度,还可以提高学生对教师上课前准备、授课清晰度的满意度。Objective To explore the application of double-line blended teaching in demonstration course of thoracic surgery department during the post-epidemic era.Methods The senior medical students of grade 2018 in Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into double-line group(n=215,double-line blended teaching)and offline group(n=220,traditional offline teaching).The teaching satisfaction and test scores of the two groups were compared.Results Under different teaching methods,there were statistically significant differences in boys'satisfaction with teachers'preparation before class and teaching clarity,girls'satisfaction with the teaching clarity and students'overall satisfaction with teachers'preparation before class and teaching clarity(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the test scores of demonstration course in boys,girls and the students'overall(P>0.05).Conclusion The double-line blended teaching is suitable for thoracic surgery department probation teaching.It not only does not affect students'assessment results and their satisfaction with teaching methods,interactive effects and learning resources,but also improves their satisfaction with teachers'preparation before class and teaching clarity.
