摘  要:文中对乳液类型及用量、填料种类、空心玻璃珠以及蛭石对保温隔热涂料隔热性能影响进行分析,确定最佳的保温隔热涂料。结果表明,相同的乳液掺量下三种乳液制备的涂料的隔热性能排续为纯丙乳液>硅丙乳液>苯丙乳液。综合涂料隔热性能以及经济成本,当采用掺量为35%的纯丙乳液、掺量为9.5%的空心玻璃珠时,涂料的隔热温差最大,隔热效果最优。The effects of emulsion type and dosage,filler type,hollow glass beads and vermiculite on the thermal insulation performance of thermal insulation paint were analyzed in this paper,and the best thermal insulation paint was determined.The results show that the heat insulation properties of the coatings prepared with the same amount of emulsion are as follows:pure acrylic emulsion>silicone acrylic emulsion>styrene-acrylic latex.According to the thermal insulation performance and economic cost of the paint,the thermal insulation temperature difference of the coating is the largest and the thermal insulation effect is the best when the content of 35%pure acrylic emulsion and 9.5%hollow glass beads are used.
