摘  要:对经济性要求较高的高烈度区高层住宅剪力墙结构,采用隔震措施可以有效地降低上部结构的水平地震作用,从而减小结构的设计截面尺寸和配筋;而且隔震结构有非常优良的减震耗能效果,能提升结构的安全冗余度。本文以8度区大底盘框支-剪力墙高层结构为研究对象,根据新《隔震设计标准》进行隔震设计研究,选取5条天然波和2条人工波进行了时程分析计算,得到隔震结构的减震设计效果。采取隔震措施,可以有效的降低上部结构的地震作用。对转换桁架进行了设防地震下的响应分析,得到转换桁架可满足抗震设计要求。For the shear wall structure of high-rise residential buildings in high intensity areas with high economic requirements,the use of seismic isolation measures can effectively reduce the horizontal seismic action of the super-structure,so as to reduce the design section size and reinforcement of the structure;And the isolation structure has a very good effect of shock absorption and energy consumption,which can improve the safety redundancy of the structure.In this paper,the high-rise structure with large chassis frame supported shear wall in 8-degree area was taken as the research object,and the seismic isolation design was studied according to the new"seismic isolation design standard".Five natural waves and two artificial waves are selected for time history analysis and calculation,and the seismic isolation design effect of the isolated structure was obtained.Taking isolation measures can effectively reduce the seismic action of the superstructure.The response analysis of the transfer truss under the earthquake is carried out,and it is concluded that the transfer truss can meet the seismic design requirements.
