摘 要:装配式建筑作为一种高效、环保的建筑方式,正逐渐受到广泛关注和应用。本文通过对国内外装配式建筑中预制外墙防水构造的研究,探讨了预制外墙的设计、生产、构造节点的标准化设计、防水设计材料构造选择、预制外墙防水结构构造受力分析、施工工序优化等问题,建议建筑业积极采取措施,通过综合考虑节能、减排、碳达峰和碳中和等因素,推动建筑领域的可持续性发展,为未来创造更环保、可持续的建筑环境。As an efficient,environmentally friendly building method,prefabricated building is gradually receiving wide attention and application.Through the study of the waterproof structure of prefabricated exterior wall in the prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,the design of prefabricated exterior wall,production,standardized design of structure node,structure selection of waterproof design materials,stress analysis of waterproof structure of prefabricated exterior wall,construction process optimization and other problems are discussed.This paper calls on the construction industry to take active measures to promote the sustainable development of the building sector by integrating energy efficiency,emissions reduction,peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality and create a more sustainable sustainability of the building environment for the future.
