摘　　要：目前我国许多大城市隐框玻璃幕墙均已达到或接近设计使用年限,其结构胶老化失效成为通病,因此对结构胶失效的玻璃幕墙进行加固改造尤为重要,但目前全国成功的案例很少。本文通过广州市某高层写字楼的检测鉴定及加固方案案例,总结了玻璃幕墙硅酮结构胶失效加固的几种通用方案,并结合本案例进行了方案比选分析,给出了加固方案建议。Currently,many hidden frame supported glass curtain walls in metropolis of China have reached or are approaching their design service life,and the perished and failure of their silicone structural adhesive have become a common problem.Therefore,it is critical to reinforce glass curtain walls when then silicone structural adhesive invalid.However,there are few successful cases in China at present.This thesis summarizes several common methods for invalid silicone structural adhesive based on safety appraisal of a high-rise office building in Guangzhou,and a comparative analysis of the solutions is conducted,and reinforcing suggestions are provided.
