摘　　要：“党的纪律”“党的规矩”“党的制度”“党内法规”等是党的建设理论的重要概念,明确概念定义、厘清概念关系是推进党建理论学理化的客观要求,对于推进党建理论特别是党纪理论研究、更好地服务于党的纪律建设具有重要意义。相关问题的学理性研究应首先明晰“纪律”实质,结合中国共产党人运用“党的纪律”概念的实际情况分析“党的纪律”概念的核心意旨与内涵外延,廓清“党的纪律”广义与狭义区别。以此为基础,考察与“党的纪律”相近相关的“党的规矩”“党的制度”“党内法规”内在意蕴及其相互关系,促进党纪概念的科学化规范化运用。深化党纪研究要遵循科学理论指引、坚持实践第一观点、强化系统观念,构建关系明确、理论明晰的党纪概念体系。“Party discipline”,“Party rules”,“Party systems”,“Party regulations”are important concepts in the theory of Party building.It is an objective requirement to clarify the concepts and their relationship for promoting the theorization of Party building,and it is of great significance to promoting the research of Party building,especially the theory of Party discipline,and better serving the enforcement of Party discipline.The study of related issues should firstly clarify the essence of“discipline”,and analyze the core purpose and connotation of the concept of“Party discipline”in the light of the actual use of the concept,and clarify the difference between its broad and narrow meanings.On this basis,the paper examines the inherent meanings of“Party rules”,“Party system”,“Party regulations”and their interrelationship with the concept of“Party discipline”,so as to promote the scientific and standardized application of the concept of Party discipline.In order to deepen the study of Party discipline,it is necessary to follow the guidance of scientific theory,put practice the first,strengthen the concept of system,and build a conceptual system of Party discipline with clear relationship and explicit theory.
