成都市医院护工生存现状调查——基于自我认同与社会支持视角

摘　　要：近年国家呈现未富先老态势,国民健康不容乐观,全国随之推行健康中国建设,护理服务业因其护理功效的广泛性与持久性受到关注,尤其是历经严峻的新冠疫情之后,加之行业乱象频发,我国对护理人才的需要呈现爆发式增长。本文聚焦医院护工群体的现状,以成都市为调查点,通过探究自我认同、社会支持的情况与相互关系。借助定量与定性分析得出:自我认同偏低,其原因为自我现状感知消极、工作体验消极,而社会支持对于自我认同的提高确实存在着重要作用,但朋友支持反而不利于自我认同的提高。希望政府给予具有经济性、有效性、可行性且方便实施的方式营造健康的行业大环境;建议医院划分职责纠纷用好护工;鼓励行业划分职业等级以此吸收新鲜血液。助力医院护工脱离生存困境,助力医疗体系改革,响应“十四五”全面建成健康中国规划。In recent years,the country has been aging before it gets rich,the national health is not optimistic,and the whole country then implements the construction of Healthy China,the nursing service industry has been paid attention to because of its extensive and long-lasting nursing efficacy,especially after the severe new crown epidemic,coupled with the frequent occurrence of industry chaos,the need for nursing talents in our country has shown an explosive growth.This paper focuses on the current situation of the hospital nursing worker group,taking Chengdu City as the investigation point,by exploring the situation and interrelationship of self-identification and social support.With the help of quantitative and qualitative analysis,it is concluded that self-identity is low because of the negative self-perception of the status quo and the negative work experience,while social support does play an important role in the improvement of self-identity,but the support of friends is not conducive to the improvement of self-identity.It is hoped that the government will create a healthy environment for the industry in a way that is economical,effective,feasible and easy to implement;it is suggested that hospitals should divide the disputes over responsibilities and use the nursing worker well;and it is encouraged that the industry should divide the occupational levels so as to absorb the fresh blood.Help hospital nursing worker out of the survival of the predicament,help the reform of the health care system,in response to the“14th Five-Year Plan”to build a healthy China.
