摘 要:为解决刚接柱脚自复位装配式钢框架结构在中震或大震下底层柱可能发生较大的塑性变形的问题,设计一种半刚接柱脚自复位装配式钢框架结构。对其子结构进行拟动力试验,对比框架在Taft地震波、LOS000地震波和El-Centro地震波输入及不同等级地震下的节点开口、耗能能力、刚度退化、预应力损失和应变变化。试验结果表明,钢框架在大震作用下具有良好的自复位功能和耗能能力。钢绞线平均预应力损失最多仅为1.58%,说明施加预应力的方法是可靠的。钢框架柱脚能够始终保持弹性状态,因此震后仅需修复钢梁,大大降低了修复成本。In order to solve the problem that large plastic deformation may occur at the bottom column of self-centering prefabricated steel frame structure with rigid column base under precautionary earthquake or rare earthquake,a self-centering prefabricated steel frame structure with semi-rigid column base was designed.The pseudodynamic test was conducted on the substructure of the designed frame to compare the joint openings,energy dissipation capacity,stiffness degradation,prestress loss and strain changes of the frame under different levels of earthquakes with Taft,LOS000,and El-Centro waves.The test results show that the steel frame has good self-centering function and energy dissipation capacity under rare earthquake.The average prestress loss is only 1.58%at most,indicating that the application of prestress method in steel strands is reliable.The column base of the steel frame can remain elastic state,so that only the steel beam needs to be repaired after theearthquake,greatly reducing the repair cost.
