摘 要:为研究球冠形脱空缺陷对圆钢管混凝土T型相贯节点抗震性能的影响,以脱空率、支主管直径比和主管径厚比为主要试验参数,完成了18个圆钢管混凝土T型节点试件在主管承受恒定轴向拉力和支管承受往复轴向荷载作用下的滞回性能试验,考察了球冠形脱空缺陷对其失效模式、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力、刚度和耗能的影响规律。建立了有限元分析模型,分析了球冠形脱空缺陷对主管钢管与核心混凝土之间接触应力发展的影响规律,开展了脱空率、支主管直径比、主管径厚比、混凝土强度、钢材强度和轴拉比等参数对节点受拉承载力影响的参数分析。结果表明:球冠形脱空缺陷的存在会改变节点的失效模式,导致节点的承载力、刚度和耗能能力均有不同程度的降低,并削弱主管钢管与混凝土之间的相互作用,影响节点的荷载传递机制。最后,提出了考虑球冠形脱空缺陷影响的圆钢管混凝土T型节点受拉承载力折减公式。In order to study the influential mechanism of spherical-cap gap on the seismic performance of circular concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST)T-joints,a serial of hysteretic tests including 18 circular CFST T-joints under the combined action of constant axial tension on the CFST chord and axial cyclic loading on the brace were carried out with gap ratio,diameter ratio of brace to chord and diameter to thickness ratio of chord as the main test parameters.The effects of spherical-cap gap on the failure mode,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,ultimate strength,stiffness and energy dissipation of circular CFST T-joints were experimentally investigated.The finite element analysis model was established,where the influence of spherical-cap gap on the contact stress between steel tube and concrete of the chord was analyzed, and a series of parametric studies were conducted to investigate the effects of gap ratio, diameterratio of brace to chord, the diameter to thickness ratio of chord, concrete strength, steel strength and axial tensionratio on the ultimate tensile strength of circular CFST T-joints. The results show that the existence of gap tended tochange the failure mode of T-joints, decrease the ultimate strength, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity ofspecimens to some degrees, weaken the interaction between steel tube and concrete of the chord, and affect the forcetransferring mechanism of the joint. Finally, a simplified formula to predict the ultimate tensile strength of circularCFST T-joints considering the effect of spherical-cap gap was proposed.
