摘　　要：《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2024》中心力衰竭(心衰)的分类新增了左室射血分数改善的心衰,更新了慢性心衰的诊断流程和推荐等级,强调“新四联”治疗的基石地位。新增了终末期心衰的定义标准,更新了心衰常见合并症的处理。"China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2024"added heart failure with improved left ventricular ejection fraction to the classification of heart failure,updated the diagnostic process and recommended grade of chronic heart failure,and emphasized the cornerstone status of"new quadruple"treatment.The definition of end-stage heart failure has been added and the treatment of common complications of heart failure has been updated.
