摘　　要：心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)患者的消融与起搏策略不断更新,近年来,有研究报道,房室结消融联合左束支区域起搏用于AF患者是可行且安全的,本文就左束支区域起搏用于AF的解剖基础、新发AF、有效性、安全性及展望进行综述。The strategy of ablation and pacing in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is constantly updated.In recent years,it has been reported that atrioventricular node ablation combined with left bundle branch area pacing is feasible and safe for patients with AF.This paper reviews the anatomic basis,new-onset AF,efficacy,safety and prospect of left bundle branch area pacing for AF.
