脊柱外伤的CT与MRI影像诊断价值对比

摘　　要：目的对比采用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)诊断脊柱外伤的临床价值。方法选取58例脊柱外伤患者作为研究对象,采用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)和MRI进行检查,并对两种方法的诊断结果进行分析,对比两种方法对脊髓损伤和韧带损伤的诊断情况。结果CT诊断骨折及骨碎片比MRI诊断更明显,MRI诊断脊髓损伤、韧带损伤和神经根损伤比CT诊断更明显。58例患者中,CT诊断脊髓损伤10例(17.24%),MRI诊断24例(41.37%);CT诊断韧带损伤5例(8.62%),MRI诊断37例(63.79%)。两种方法诊断脊髓损伤与韧带损伤情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT和MRI检查各有优缺点,临床上必须根据脊柱外伤患者的病情选择合适的方式来提高诊断准确性。Objective To compare the clinical value of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in spinal trauma.Methods A total of 58 patients with spinal trauma were enrolled in this study,CT and MRI were used for examination,and the diagnostic results of the two methods were analyzed to compare the diagnosis results of spinal cord injury and ligament injury.Results CT diagnosis of fractures and bone fragments was more obvious than MRI diagnosis,MRI diagnosis of spinal cord injury,ligament injury and nerve root injury was more obvious than CT diagnosis.Among the 58 patients,CT diagnosed spinal cord injury in 10 cases(17.24%)and MRI in 24 cases(41.37%);CT diagnosed ligament injury in 5 cases(8.62%)and MRI in 37 cases(63.79%).The difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of spinal cord injury and ligament injury was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI have their own advantages and disadvantages,so it is necessary to choose a suitable method to improve the diagnostic accuracy according to the condition of patients.
