半导体激光联合抗菌多肽对妊娠期智齿冠周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析半导体激光联合抗菌多肽(商品名:盛汝康医用多肽口腔敷料)对妊娠期智齿冠周炎患者短期疗效的影响,旨在为妊娠期智齿冠周炎提供新的诊疗思路。方法50例牙周黏膜科就诊的妊娠期智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组行冠周冲洗术治疗,观察组行冠周冲洗术加半导体激光联合抗菌多肽治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和牙龈指数(GI),临床疗效和满意度,复发率。结果治疗后即刻,观察组VAS评分对比治疗前有明显降低,且低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,两组VAS评分、GI对比治疗前均有降低,但观察组更明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率100%明显高于对照组的76%,总满意度100%明显高于对照组的80%,复发率0明显低于对照组的16%(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光联合抗菌多肽显著提高了妊娠期智齿冠周炎的短期临床疗效及患者的满意度,并且降低了其短期复发率,值得在临床工作中推广使用。Objective To analyze the influence of semiconductor laser combined with antibacterial peptides(trade name:Shengrukang medical polypeptide oral dressings)on the short-term efficacy of pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy.Methods 50 patients with pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy were collected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 25 patients.The control group was treated with pericoronal irrigation,and the experimental group was treated with semiconductor laser pericoronal irrigation combined with antibacterial peptides on the basis of pericoronal irrigation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and gingival index(GI)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,patient satisfaction,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Immediately after treatment,VAS score in the observation group was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 d of treatment,VAS and GI of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,but the observation group was more obvious,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 100%,which was significantly higher than 76% in the control group;the total satisfaction rate was 100%,which was significantly higher than 80% in the control group;the recurrence rate was 0,which was significantly lower than 16% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of semiconductor laser and antibacterial peptides can significantly improve the short-term clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy,and lower the short-term recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion and use in clinical work.
