红外线灯加热中药封包对膝关节滑膜炎患者膝关节肿胀以及膝关节活动度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析红外线灯加热中药封包对膝关节滑膜炎患者膝关节肿胀以及膝关节活动度的影响。方法选取60例膝关节滑膜炎患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例。对照组采取临床传统治疗方法,试验组在对照组的基础上采取红外线灯加热中药封包治疗。比较两组患者的关节肿胀分度评分、关节活动度评分、膝关节周径测量评分、Lysholm膝关节评分、临床疗效。结果试验组患者的关节肿胀分度评分(0.60±0.31)分低于对照组的(2.11±0.38)分,关节活动度评分(3.20±0.24)分高于对照组的(1.35±0.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者膝关节周径测量评分、Lysholm膝关节评分分别为(0.12±0.05)、(3.22±0.24)分,低于对照组的(2.85±0.10)、(12.42±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床总有效率96.67%高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线灯加热中药封包对膝关节滑膜炎患者的临床效果显著,改善了患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging on knee joint swelling and knee joint range of motion in patients with knee synovitis.Methods 60 patients with knee synovitis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional clinical treatment,and the experimental group was treated with infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging based on the control group.The joint swelling scale score,knee joint range of motion score,knee circumference measurement score,Lysholm knee joint score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The joint swelling scale score of the experimental was(0.60±0.31)point,which was lower than(2.11±0.38)points of the control group;the joint range of motion score of the experimental group was(3.20±0.24)points,which was higher than(1.35±0.17)points of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee circumference measurement score and Lysholm knee joint score of the experimental group were(0.12±0.05)and(3.22±0.24)points,which were lower than(2.85±0.10)and(12.42±0.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 56.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared lamp heating traditional Chinese medicine packaging has a significant clinical effect on patients with knee synovitis,and can improve their clinical symptoms,whcich is worth promoting.
