腹腔镜手术联合注射用亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症采取腹腔镜手术联合注射用亮丙瑞林治疗的效果。方法选择78例子宫内膜异位症患者,按数表随机方式分组。对照组(n=39)行腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组(n=39)则在腹腔镜术后联合注射用亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%(P<0.05)。研究组排卵时间及月经恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。相较治疗前,两组激素水平均下降,研究组水平更低(P<0.05)。研究组术后1年疾病复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后联合注射用亮丙瑞林的疗效确切,可缩短其排卵时间与月经恢复时间,改善患者性激素水平,降低疾病复发率。Objective To exploring the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with injection of leuprorelin in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 78 patients with endometriosis were selected and randomly divided into groups according to a numerical table.The control group(n=39)underwent laparoscopic surgery,while the study group(n=39)received combined injection of leuprorelin after laparoscopic surgery.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.87%,which was higher than the control group's 79.49%(P<0.05).The ovulation time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to before treatment,hormone levels in both groups decreased,and the study group had lower levels(P<0.05).The one-year postoperative disease recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined injection of leuprorelin after laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis has a definite therapeutic effect,which can shorten their ovulation and menstrual recovery time,improve their sex hormone levels,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
