先兆流产患者心理困扰现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的对先兆流产患者的心理困扰、社会支持情况进行现状调查并分析其心理困扰的影响因素。方法选取82例先兆流产患者为研究对象,通过问卷调查其心理困扰及社会支持情况。结果82例先兆流产患者心理困扰平均得分为(38.69±7.67)分,社会支持平均得分为(32.66±6.65)分。先兆流产患者心理困扰得分与社会支持得分间成负相关关系(r=-0.413,P=0.005)。职业、婚姻状况、月收入、医保类型、社会支持得分均为先兆流产患者心理困扰得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论心理困扰水平较高的先兆流产患者,应有针对性地进行心理调适,并可通过提高患者的社会支持程度,减轻其心理困扰,避免先兆流产患者因心理失衡引发更多心理健康问题。Objective To investigate the situation of psychological distress and social support in patients with threatened abortion and to analyze the influencing factors of psychological distress.Methods 82 patients with threatened abortion were selected as the study objects.Their psychological distress and social support were investigated by questionnaires.Results The average scores of psychological distress and social support of 82 patients with threatened abortion were(38.69±7.67)points and(32.66±6.65)points,respectively.There was a negative correlation between psychological distress score and social support score in threatened abortion patients(r=-0.413,P=0.005).The occupation,marital status,monthly income,medical insurance type and social support score were all influencing factors of psychological distress score of threatened abortion patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with threatened abortion with high level of psychological distress should carry out targeted psychological adjustment,and improve their social support to reduce their psychological distress and avoid more mental health problems caused by psychological imbalance in threatened abortion patients.
