瘢痕子宫妊娠患者心理痛苦现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析瘢痕子宫妊娠患者心理痛苦发生状况并探讨其影响因素。方法选取186例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者,采用多元线性回归分析探讨其心理痛苦的影响因素。结果瘢痕子宫妊娠患者心理痛苦评分与社会支持评分成负相关(r=-0.435,P=0.005)。瘢痕子宫妊娠患者心理痛苦在年龄、受教育程度、职业、性格类型、社会支持评分分布方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床工作人员应积极对瘢痕子宫妊娠患者进行心理痛苦筛查,针对心理痛苦高危人群进行必要的心理疏导,减少患者可能出现的心理失衡,以维持其心理健康。Objective To analyze the occurrence of psychological pain in patients with scarred uterine pregnancy and explore its influencing factors.Methods 186 patients with scarred uterus were selected and the factors influencing psychological pain were studied by multiple linear regression analysis.Results There was a negative correlation between psychological pain score and social support score(r--0.435,P=0.005).There were significant differences in age,education level,occupation,personality type and social support score distribution of scar uterus pregnancy patients with psychological pain(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical staff should actively screen the psychological pain of patients with scarred uterus pregnancy,and provide necessary psychological counseling for high-risk groups of psychological pain,so as to reduce the possible psychological imbalance of patients,maintain their mental health.
