温经汤联合穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温经汤联合穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将60例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用温经汤联合穴位贴敷治疗。持续3个月经周期后,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组痛经症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后及随访时,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合穴位贴敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 3o cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application.After 3 menstrual cycles,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,which was higher than 79.31%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of dysmenorrhea symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and at follow-up,the pain visual analogue scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.
